Terms of Use
1. Paying the $29.00 registration fee is for your membership and
access to our clubs information.
2. There is no guarantee to when you will receive your free
laptop; it depends on your position on the Laptop List and how fast
and how many people are joining.
3. To protect the integrity of the Laptop list there are no
refunds.
4. To receive a free Laptop you must be in good standing with

5. You must be at least 18 years of age to join, if you are under
18 your legal guardian can sign up for a membership for you then you
will be able to receive the benefits of membership.
6. We reserve the right to change the benefits we offer to
customers at any time, and are under no obligation to offer the
benefits we promote at all times, and can add or subtract benefits
any time we see fit.
7. All active members are entitled to a free Laptop. Active
members are members that are in good standing with ******.
8. You agree that you are not purchasing a Laptop. You are paying
for an online membership that provides many online services.
9. Disclaimer of Liability. Under no circumstances shall ******
be liable to any user on account of that user's use of the services.
Such limitation of liability shall apply to prevent recovery of
direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special and exemplary
damages (even if ****** has been advised of the possibility of such
damages), arising from any use of the Services (including such
damages incurred by third parties).
10. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ***** and
its affiliates from any liability, loss, claim and expense
(including attorney’s reasonable fees) related to your violation of
this agreement.

distribute your e-mail address but will use it to update you from
time to time about our member services, products and new offers.
13. ***** is not responsible for technical support of your new
Laptop. Your Laptop comes with all manufacturer warranties and is
brand new.
